in the Crom at the expiration of the

lease without any compensation to the

lessee, if nish the lease shd be reused on fair kims for a fenced not in cand ing the only one yours.

3. I should be glad, therefore,

with a view to further consideration

of the matter, to be furnished with

copy of the usual form of lease; and

with particulars of any variations

which may heve from time to time been

made in it.
